Position Highlights
Position: Library Director
Schedule: 80–100% full-time
Location: Thorp Public Library, Thorp, Wisconsin
Compensation: Regionally competitive wage and benefits package

About the Role
The Library Director provides leadership for all library operations, including staff supervision, budgeting, collection development, facility oversight, and community engagement. Qualifications
Applicants must have:
- At least two years of college coursework (54 credits), with at least half in the liberal arts
- Eligibility for Wisconsin Grade 3 Public Librarian Certification (see Summary of Certification Requirements)
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, customer service, and technology skills
